Jovarna Sustainability Policy

At Jovarna, we believe thoughtful skincare should also mean thoughtful choices about how our products are created, packaged and shared.

We recognise that every product has an environmental impact. Our approach is therefore not to claim perfection, but to make considered decisions, improve where we can, and communicate those choices clearly.

Our approach

Thoughtful production

We work with Australian manufacturing partners and aim to produce thoughtfully, with consideration given to product quality, practical demand and unnecessary waste.

Packaging

We continue to review our packaging choices with the aim of reducing unnecessary materials and improving the way Jovarna products are presented and delivered.

Where we make specific claims about packaging materials, recyclability or recycled content, we will only do so when those claims can be supported.

Responsible product development

Jovarna focuses on a considered skincare collection rather than continually expanding the range for the sake of novelty.

We aim to create products and rituals designed for genuine everyday use.

Shipping and fulfilment

We seek practical opportunities to reduce unnecessary packaging in the way orders are prepared and shipped while ensuring products arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Experiences

The Glow Experience is designed around reusable presentation elements wherever practical, with skincare and hospitality prepared according to the needs of each gathering.

We continue to review ways to reduce unnecessary single-use materials across our experiences.

Continuous improvement

Sustainability is an ongoing process.

As Jovarna grows, we intend to continue reviewing our:

Where meaningful improvements can be made, we will work to implement them.

Transparency

We believe environmental claims should be clear, specific and supported by evidence.

We will not describe Jovarna or its products using broad environmental claims unless we can substantiate what those claims mean.

As our practices evolve, we will update this policy to reflect meaningful changes.
